电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水中碘化物

摘要 建立了一种高效、准确用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定水中碘化物的方法。水样采集后尽快检测,标准用0.25%的四甲基氢氧化铵配制,以130Te做内标,采用KED模式检测。标准曲线相关系数均在0.9996以上,方法检出限为0.0246μg/L,检测下限为0.0982μg/L,在纯水、自来水、地表水中的低、中、高标准加标回收率92.4%~105%,精密度为0.209%~1.24%。 A method for the efficient and accurate detection of iodide in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was established.Detect water samples as soon as possible after collection.The standard was prepared with 0.25%tetramethylammonium hydroxide,130Te was used as internal standard,and KED mode was used for detection.The correlation coefficients of standard curves are all above 0.9996.The detection limit was 0.0246μg/L.The lower limit of detection was 0.0982μg/L.The recoveries of low,medium and high standard added in pure water,tap water and surface water were 92.4%~105%,and the precision was 0.209%~1.24%.
