摘要
为了进一步清除常规水处理漏掉的金属阳离子和酸根阴离子,在现有热电锅炉给水处理工艺基础上,设计加装强磁辅助净化装置,它以超导线圈和过滤网为核心制造,超导线圈用材质为Bi-2212、外径为6.35 mm、壁厚为0.65 mm的超导管绕制而成,工作时需要接入制冷机,使液氮在超导管里循环起来,创造Bi-2212所需的超导条件,过滤网用材质为SUS444的铁素体型不锈钢纤丝织成矩阵孔道,流经那里的杂质粒子将被吸附在矩阵孔道两端,从而减轻锅炉“四管”结垢程度,关键是滤除了常规水处理较为轻视的Na^(+)、SO_(4)^(2-)、NO_(3)^(-)、HCO_(3)^(-),消弭了过热器管壁、再热器管壁、汽轮机叶片上高温结晶Na_(2)CO_(3)的物质条件,过热器管壁不再承受再生溶解氧(DO)和游离CO_(2)的腐蚀作用,对延长热电锅炉连续运行周期具有积极影响。
In order to further remove metal cation and acid radical anion to be missed in conventional water treatment,on the basis of existing thermoelectric boiler feedwater treatment process,auxiliary purification plant was designed and equipped with high intensity magnetic field.The core components of it included superconducting coil and filter screen,the coil was winded by superconducting pipe of Bi-2212,with outside diameter of 6.35mm,wall thickness of 0.65mm,and needed refrigerating machine to circulate liquid nitrogen in the tube for the superconducting conditions of Bi-2212;the filter was woven by ferritic stainless steel fiber of SUS444 into a matrix channel,the impurity particles flowing through it would be adsorbed at both ends of the channel,so as to reduce the scale formation degree of boiler“four tubes”.The key was that Na^(+),SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)^(-),HCO_(3)^(-),which were always ignored by conventional water treatment,were removed,and the material conditions of high-temperature crys tallization Na_(2)CO_(3)were eliminated on superheater tube wall,reheater tube wall and turbine blades.On the other hand,superheater tube wall could no longer withstand the corrosion effect of regenerated dissolved oxygen(DO)and free CO_(2).In short,they had a positive effect on prolonging continuous operation cycle of thermoelectric boiler.
