摘要
我国大部分变电站地处偏远,污水量少,传统生化法处理效果不佳,污水长期存储易形成黑臭水体。通过设计制作竖管降膜污水蒸发装置,以实现变电站污水零排放。详细研究了吸水棉布、热源温度、进水流量、风速和降膜柱数量对水蒸发效果的影响。单一降膜柱蒸发试验结果表明:在降膜柱表面包裹棉布后可以有效提高水的蒸发效率;热源温度越高,水的蒸发效率越高;随着进水流量的增加,水的蒸发效率先增加后降低,在进水流量为0.6 kg/h时,蒸发效率达到最大[1.75 kg/(h·m^(2))];通风可以有效提高水的蒸发效率,在风速1 m/s时,水的蒸发效率比无风时提高了78.57%;此外,通过增加降膜柱的数量,可以有效提高装置的处理能力。
Most of the substations in our country are located in remote areas.The amount of sewage in the substation is small.The treatment effect of traditional biochemical method is unsatisfied and it is easy to form black and odorous water after long-term storage.In this study,the vertical tube falling film sewage evaporation device was designed and manufactured to achieve zero discharge of sewage in the transformer substation.The effects of water-absorbent cotton cloth,heat source temperature,inlet flow rate,wind speed and number of falling film tubes on the effect of water evaporation were studied in detail.The results of the evaporation experiment in a single falling film tube showed that the evaporation efficiency can be effectively improved by wrapping cotton cloth on the surface of the falling film tube.The evaporation efficiency increased with the increase of heat source temperatures.The evaporation efficiency increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of inlet flow rates.When the inlet flow rate was 0.6 kg/h,the evaporation efficiency reached the maximum of 1.75 kg/(h·m^(2)).The evaporation efficiency can be effectively improved by ventilating.When compared with no wind,the evaporation efficiency of water was increased by 78.57%at the wind speed of 1 m/s.In addition,the evaporation capacity of the device can be effectively enhanced by increasing the number of falling film tubes.
