摘要
通过在水库输水口布设拦藻围隔,对藻类进行拦截,降低取水口藻类密度。2019年5月—12月对华东某城市两个长江水源水库开展了围隔前后藻总量及形态学差异的调查,对围隔前后水样中藻细胞密度、叶绿素a浓度、藻团形状特征值和藻网上藻团附着量进行分析。结果表明,围隔前后藻总量和藻团形态存在差异,围隔对水中藻团有一定的拦截作用,对面积较大(μm^(2)级)的长条形的藻团拦截效果更好。
Algae-blocking enclosures were arranged at the water intake of the reservoir to intercept the algae and reduce the algae density.From may to December in 2019,a survey of the total amount of algae and morphological differences before and after the enclosure between two Yangtze River water source reservoirs was carried out in a city in East China.The density of algae cells,the concentration of chlorophyll-a,the characteristic value of algae cluster shape and the amount of algae cluster attached to the water samples before and after enclosure were analyzed.The results showed that there were certain differences in the total amount of algae and the morphology of the algae before and after the enclosure,indicating that the enclosure has a certain interception effect on the algae in the water.It had a better interception effect on long strips of algae with a large area(hundreds of μm^(2)).The enclosure played a role in intercepting and enriching floating algae in the water,and improved the efficiency of subsequent salvage and removal.
