摘要
既有建筑改造是当前探索城市更新的重要途径,其中消防水系统设计是重点难点之一。如何既满足现行消防规范确保改造后建筑物防火的安全性和可靠性,又能充分利用既有建筑因地制宜,经济高效地实现改造任务,是改造难点。在此结合工程实例,采取了若干措施来解决上述难题。
The existing building reconstruction is an important way to explore urban renewal,among which fire protection water supply system design is one of the key and difficult points.How to not only meet the current fire protection code to ensure the safety and reliability of building fire prevention after transformation,but also make full use of the existing buildings to adapt to local conditions,economic and efficient realization of the transformation task,which is often encountered in projects.Combined with engineering examples,this paper takes some measures to solve the above problems.
