摘要
内蒙古某电厂以高硬度高碱度再生水为水源,采用"石灰-碳酸钠联合软化处理(高效澄清池)+变孔隙滤池"的处理工艺,将出水作为电厂工业用水。介绍了再生水深度处理工艺流程和主要构筑物参数,分析了系统运行情况。经深度处理后,出水硬度、碱度、浊度等水质指标均显著降低,符合回用要求,能够满足火电厂生产需要。
A power plant in Inner Mongolia takes high hardness and alkalinity reclaimed water as water source and uses the treatment process of"high efficiency clarifier+variable pore filter"to treat the effluent water as industrial water for power plant.The process flow and main structure parameters of reclaimed water treatment are introduced,the operation of the system is analyzed.After advanced treatment,the hardness,alkalinity,turbidity and other water quality indexes are significantly reduced,which meet the requirements of reuse and can meet the production needs of thermal power plants.
