混凝/吸附处理突发性重金属镉污染的效能及絮体形态特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用混凝/粉末活性炭(PAC)吸附组合工艺处模拟突发性重金属镉污染的原水,考查了混凝剂种类对镉去除效能,单独混凝、单独吸附与混凝/吸附联用组合顺序对镉的去除,同时研究了PAC对镉的吸附机理和混凝过程絮体形态特征。结果表明,聚合氯化铝处理效果较好,适宜投量为20mg/L。混凝/吸附组合顺序影响镉去除,PAC先吸附30min后再混凝较优,PAC与混凝工艺能发挥各自优势,此时絮体平均粒径较大和分形维数较小,絮体较松散,利于镉的去除。 In this study,coagulation and powder activated carbon(PAC)adsorption was utilized to treat the simulate raw water contaminated by sudden heavy mental cadmium(Cd).The effects of coagulant type,the single treatment of coagulation or adsorption,and the sequence of their combined process on Cd removal rate were all investigated.Meanwhile,the adsorption mechanism of Cd on PAC and the morphological characteristics of floc during coagulation were also explored intensively.Results showed that polyaluminum chloride(PACl)performed well with its optimal dosage of 20 mg/L and the order of coagulation/adsorption combination affected the removal of Cd significantly.This was because when adsorption was carried out in advance for 30 min,coagulation and PAC adsorption could exert their advantages better,resulting in larger floc average particle size,smaller fractal dimension and looser floc structure,which was more conducive to the removal of Cd.
