摘要
针对我国目前广泛开展的农村生活污水治理中收集处理模式较难抉择的问题:从技术、经济及生态环境的角度出发,确定方案评价指标体系。分别采用层次分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)、AHP-熵权法确定指标综合权重;结合逼近于理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to An Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)进行方案排序。然后以典型的合肥市某地区农村污水治理为例,结合不同方案中污水收集处理模式的特点,对该方案优选模型的有效性进行验证。结果表明,采用两种方法确定指标权重时四种方案与最优方案的接近程度分别依次为0.770、0.319、0.259、0.026和0.970、0.236、0.060、0.003,两种方法方案优选结果基本一致,均表现为方案一明显优于方案四。
At present,the rural domestic sewage treatment project is widely carried out in China,and it is difficult to choose the collection mode.This study constructed the model of scheme optimization:constructing the index system of scheme evaluation in consideration of the technology,economy and ecological environment,determining the comprehensive weight of index with the hierarchy process(AHP)and AHP-entropy weight approach,ranking the schemes with the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method.Then a typical rural sewage treatment project in Hefei was taken as an example.Based on the characteristics of different sewage collection modes,the effectiveness of the scheme optimization model is verified.The results show that when the two methods are used to determine the index weight,the closeness of the four schemes to the optimal scheme are 0.770,0.319,0.259,0.026 and 0.970,0.236,0.060,0.003 respectively.The results of the two approaches are basically the same,scheme one is obviously superior to scheme four.
