摘要
针对降低流量数据采集成本,且能较准确的获得流量数据,设计了一种基于水泵比例律及一元回归分析的水泵变工况流量计算方法,该方法利用水泵运行过程中的转速(变频器频率)、出口的压力等数据,根据水泵比例律和工频特性曲线计算Qs,然后将Qs作为单因子建立一元回归模型,计算变工况流量。经检验,模型的显著水平p=0.00<0.05,样本可决系数R2=0.764。结果表明:水泵流量预测模型的预测效果较好,可以比较准确的计算出水泵变工况运行的流量数据,能够大大降低流量数据采集成本。
Aimed at reducing the flow data collection cost and obtaining the flow data more accurately,apump flow calculation method based on pump proportional law and one-way regression analysis was designed.The method useed the speed during the running of the pump(frequency of the inverter),the pressure of the outlet and other data,calculate Qs according to the pump proportional law and power frequency characteristic curve,and then use Qs as a single factor to establish a one-way regression model to calculate the variable operating flow.After testing,the significant level of the model was p=0.00<0.05,and the sample could be determined by the coefficient R~2=0.764,which was close to 1,and the model fitting effect is good.The results showed that the prediction model of the pump flow prediction model was better,and the flow data of the pump running condition could be calculated more accurately,which could greatly reduce the flow data collection cost.
