摘要
在总结军工基建项目设计变更管理现状的基础上,探讨分析设计变更问题产生的原因,并以某项目全过程运用BIM技术进行设计变更管理的实践经验,提出一系列技术性及管理性的解决对策,加强对设计变更的管控力度,确保设计变更管理流程的合规性、有效性,提高设计变更管理的信息化水平,为科研院所在基建项目的设计变更管理方面提供参考和借鉴。
On the basis of summarizing the status quo of design change management of military industrial infrastructure projects,this paper discusses and analyzes the causes of the design change problems,and uses BIM technology to implement design change management in the entire process,and puts forward a series of technical and management solutions including strengthening the control of design changes,ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of the design change management process,and improving the information level of design change management,in order to provide reference for the design change management of the infrastructure projects.
