摘要
在分析我国造价咨询服务现状及存在问题的基础上,就全过程造价咨询在我国开展的必要性,以及全过程造价咨询在工程项目建设不同阶段,如投资决策阶段、设计阶段、采购与施工阶段、竣工验收交付使用阶段等的服务内容和注意事项提出相关建议,以期为国内相关同业开展相关工作提供参考。
On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the cost consulting service in China,this paper proposes some corresponding suggestions about the necessity of applying the whole process cost consulting as well as the service content and precautions of the whole process consulting in different project stages,such as investment decision-making stage,design stage,procurement and construction stage,completion acceptance and delivery stage,etc,so as to provide reference for the relevant domestic peers to carry out the related work.
