典型湿度环境下水工补偿收缩混凝土的抗裂性研究

摘要 为定量研究典型湿度环境条件下补偿收缩混凝土的抗裂性,制备了3种补偿收缩混凝土,膨胀剂掺量分别为5.7%,7.4%,9.0%;测试了空气养护、绝湿养护、水中养护等3种湿度环境下混凝土的变形性能;计算了3种湿度环境下混凝土的抗裂指数。结果表明:湿度差异对膨胀剂的补偿收缩性能影响显著,基于实际湿度环境对补偿收缩混凝土进行差别化设计是当前研究的方向。 To quantitatively study crack resistance of shrinkage-compensating concrete in typical humidity environments,three kinds of shrinkage-compensating concretes were designed,of which expansive agent content were 5.7%,7.4%,9.0%respectively.The deformation properties of concretes were measured in such three humidity environments including air curing,sealed curing and water curing.The crack resistance indexes of concretes in these three humidity environments were calculated.The results indicate that the differences of shrinkage-compensating properties of expansive agent in different humidity environments are significant.What is the proper direction for our current endeavors is that the differential designs of mix compositions of shrinkage-compensating concretes should be done based on actual humidity environments.
