摘要
为研究装配式内置格构式圆钢管混凝土异形柱框架的抗震性能,设计了2榀两层两跨足尺中框架和边框架,通过低周往复加载试验,分析了框架破坏机制、滞回性能、变形能力、耗能能力和刚度退化。结果表明:装配式内置格构式圆钢管混凝土异形柱框架破坏机制为典型的梁铰机制,满足“强柱弱梁”设计要求;中框架和边框架滞回曲线饱满,延性和耗能能力较好,刚度退化平稳,框架破坏时层间位移角达到1/23,远高于强震下弹塑性层间位移角1/50的限值,内置钢管混凝土的存在改变了结构承载机制,在外部混凝土脱落后,结构内力重分布,形成内置格构式钢管混凝土桁架受力体系;该装配式节点连接安全可靠,结构仅进行钢管混凝土的有效连接,无需进行纵向钢筋的连接,具有较好的经济性。
In order to study the seismic performance of prefabricated circular steel tubular concrete special-shaped column frames,a two-story two-span middle frame and side frame specimens were designed.The failure mechanism,hysteretic properties,deformation capacity,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation of the specimens were analyzed through low-cycle reversed loading tests.The results show that the failure mechanism of prefabricated circular steel tube concrete special-shaped column frame with built-in lattice is a typical beam hinge mechanism,which meets the design requirements of“strong column and weak beam”.The hysteretic curves of the middle frame and the side frame are full,the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are favorable,and the stiffness degradation is stable.The specimen will fail when the interlayer displacement angle reaches 1/23,which is far higher than the limit value of the elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle of 1/50 under strong earthquake.The presence of the built-in concretefilled steel tube changes the bearing mechanism of the structure,and the internal force of the structure is redistributed after the external concrete falls off.Forming the stress system of concrete-filled steel tube truss with built-in lattice.The fabricated joints in this paper are safe and reliable,and the structure is only effectively connected by concrete filled steel tube,without longitudinal steel bar connection,indicating good economical efficiency.
