装配式圆钢管混凝土柱受压性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on compressive behavior of precast concrete filled steel tubular columns

摘要 为研究装配式圆钢管混凝土柱连接性能,进行了6个整体钢管混凝土试件、6个套筒灌浆连接试件和6个套筒连接试件受压性能的静力加载试验,加载方式包括轴心受压、小偏心受压和大偏心受压。试验结果表明:各试件破坏形态均为钢管混凝土柱的局部屈曲破坏,套筒连接试件和套筒灌浆连接试件剪切滑移线均出现在下部钢管混凝土柱,钢管屈曲部位位于钢管与套筒的接触处,整体钢管混凝土试件屈曲部位位于两侧加载端;套筒灌浆连接试件中钢管混凝土柱和套筒构成一个整体共同工作,初始刚度与整体钢管混凝土试件相当,套筒连接试件初始刚度较整体钢管混凝土试件降低约27.1%;在一定范围内,随着偏心率的增大,钢管混凝土柱延性性能显著降低;套筒灌浆连接可应用于轴心受压和偏心受压条件,套筒连接仅适用于轴心受压条件,承载力均可采用极限平衡理论进行计算,计算结果偏于安全。 In order to study the connecting performance of assembled circular concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) columns, static loading tests on six concrete-filled steel tubes specimens, six CFST specimens with sleeve grouting connections and six CFST specimens with sleeve connections were carried out. Loading methods include axial compression, small eccentric compression and large eccentric compression. The test results show that the failure mode of each specimen is the local buckling failure of concrete-filled steel tubular column, and the shear slip lines of specimen with sleeve connection and specimen with sleeve grouting connection appear in the lower part of concrete filled steel tubular column. The buckling of the steel tube locates at the contact between the steel tube and the sleeve, while the buckling of the concrete-filled steel tube specimen locates at the loading end on both sides. In CFSTs with sleeve grouting connections, the concrete-filled steel tubular column and the sleeve form a whole part to work cooperatively, the initial stiffness is similar to that of the concrete-filled steel tube, and the initial stiffness of CFSTs with sleeve connection is reduced by 27.1% compared with the concrete filled steel tube. In a certain range, with the increase of eccentricity, the ductility of concrete-filled steel tubular columns decreases significantly. Sleeve grouting connections can be applied to CFSTs under axial and eccentric compression conditions. Sleeve connections can only be applied to CFSTs under axial compression conditions. The bearing capacity of CFSTs with sleeve grouting connections can be calculated by means of limit equilibrium theory, and the calculated results are safe.
