摘要
本文在概要分析国际上20世纪代表性设计大师赖特、勒·柯布西耶、密·斯·凡德罗、格罗皮乌斯等人的作品是何以受到世界遗产大会专家广泛认可的前提下,归纳了建筑作品入选《世界遗产名录》的秘诀与箴言,并且总结了中国20世纪建筑遗产在认知、研究、传播,乃至国家行为上的差距。从国际视野出发,文章针对如何建立遗产强国提出了四点建议,重在实施对遗产全类型的观念更新,贵在认同国际上对20世纪活态遗产的保护与利用态势,更重要的是,推进20世纪建筑遗产保护的发展是振兴城市、为城市更新注入文化之力的关键举措。
The paper makes a brief analysis of the reasons that the works of Wright,Le Corbusier,Mies van der Rohe,Gropius and other representative designers of 20 th century are widely approved by the experts of The World Heritage Conference.Based on it,the paper sums up the codes and maxims of the works to be selected in The World Heritage List.And,the paper summarizes the gaps of cognition,research,dissemination,even state behavior 20 th-century Chinese architectural heritages have with them.From the international perspectives,this paper puts forward four suggestions on how to build a powerful heritage country,focusing on the implementation of the concept update of all heritage types,and the recognition of international protection and utilization of the 20 thcentury living heritages.More importantly,to promote the development of architectural heritage protection of the 20 th century is the key measure to revitalize the cities and inject cultural power into urban renewal.
