摘要
为探究在桥梁桩基施工过程中水位发生变化时,因水位情况多变、水位高差对钢护筒内外压力的影响,以及施工技术难度的增加,以项目工程为例进行相关技术探讨,通过一直利用施工桩基相邻的钢护筒作为泥浆循环池,并在钢护筒之间搭设可根据水位涨落情况升降的临时平台,在临时平台上对钢护筒开孔,放置泥浆溜槽来控制钢护筒内外压强差。此外,还提出了一种江河高水位变化地带桥梁桩基施工平台,确保了桩基施工的便捷性,大幅降低了施工难度,并为江河水位变化地带桥梁桩基施工提供了一定的参考。
In order to explore the influence of the internal and external pressure of the steel casing and the increase of the difficulty of the construction technology due to the change of the water level and the difference of the water level during the construction of the bridge pile foundation,a project is taken as an example to carry out the relevant technical discussion.The steel casing adjacent to the construction pile foundation is always used as the mud circulating pool,and a temporary platform that can rise and fall according to the fluctuation of the water level is set up between the steel casings.The steel casing shall be drilled on the temporary platform and a mud chute shall be placed to control the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the steel casing.In addition,a bridge pile foundation construction platform in the high water level change zone of the river is also proposed,which ensures the convenience of pile foundation construction,greatly reduces the construction difficulty,and provides a certain reference for the bridge pile foundation construction in the water level change zone of the river.
