摘要
本文结合某核心筒-钢筋混凝土框架框架建筑结构工程项目实例,通过对大量异构搭设参数下的扣件式钢管满堂支撑体系直角扣件初始缺陷、横纵向半刚性性质,以及支撑体系稳定性、力学性能进行有限元分析,就大量不同搭设参数下满堂脚手架和满堂支撑架这两种不同施工支架体系的受力机理及相关力学性能变化规律进行研究。通过力学性能有限元试验及原型试验结果分析对比,指出了原定施工方案的不足。基于研究结果,对支撑体系横、纵向剪刀撑布置形式做了一定的优化与改进,保证了该建筑工程施工安全性与有效性。
Combined with a certain example of core tube-reinforced concrete frame construction project,through the finite element analysis on the initial imperfections of right angle fastener,the transverse and longitudinal semi-rigid properties,as well as the stability and mechanical properties of the fastener-style steel pipe full support system,under a large number of heterogeneous erection parameters,considering the influence degree of a series of related influencing factors,such as the form of bridging,the distance between vertical poles,the extension length of the vertical tube,the layout and the minimum erection spans on“stability”and“safety”of fastener type steel pipe full support system,the stress mechanism and relevant change law of mechanical properties of two different support frameworks-full scaffold and full support frame are studied,under a large number of various erection parameters.Through result analysis and comparison of finite element test and prototype test of mechanical properties,the paper points out the shortcomings of the structural form and calculation method of full support system in original construction technical scheme.Based on the research results,the transverse and longitudinal bridging layout of the support system is optimized and improved to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the construction project.
