摘要 根据发展生态学理论,幼儿发展所处的环境是多元、多重关系、多层次的结构化生态系统,具有多样性和变化性。幼儿园作为儿童发展生态系统中微观系统的重要组成部分,对幼儿的发展有着直接而深远的影响。本土文化与幼儿生活息息相关,发挥环境的教育功能,与幼儿共同创设浓郁本土文化氛围的学习和游戏环境,能让幼儿保持对环境的亲近感与参与度;以幼儿为中心,营造良好的心理环境和积极的学习氛围,并将幼儿园环境创设深入中观系统、外观系统和宏观系统,能让幼儿在一种融合的、更加全面而广阔的支持环境中更好地学习与发展。 According to the theory of development ecology,the environment of early childhood development is a pluralistic,multicomponent and multi-level structured ecosystem with diversity and variability.The kindergarten,as an important part of the micro-system in the child development ecosystem,has a direct and far-reaching impact on the development of young children.Related closely to children’s life,local culture gives full play to the educational function of the environment and creates a strong local cultural atmosphere of learning and playing with children,which in turn help children maintain their closeness and participation to the environment.Furthermore,by taking young children as the center to create a good psychological environment and positive learning atmosphere built into a deep mesoscopic system,appearance system and macro system,children will be able to learn and develop better in an integrated,broader and more comprehensive supporting environment.
