摘要 目的 探索2019冠状病毒病(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)二代患者及其密切接触者的管理模式,以期早期识别无症状病例,减少COVID-19的传播。方法 2020年2月5日乐山市人民医院收治1例49岁女性COVID-19二代患者,一代患者是其女婿,该女性隔离观察15 d后发病。结果 该患者在解除隔离前行咽拭子2019-nCoV核酸检测阳性,在诊治过程中临床症状逐步加重。结论 对于密切接触者,建议最好采取集中隔离医学观察,同时在解除隔离之前进行咽拭子2019-nCoV核酸检测,以避免漏掉无症状病例,导致疫情传播。 Objective To explore the clinical management and epidemiological measures to a second-generation patient with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and her close contacts,so as to identify the asymptomatic cases earlier and stop the spreading of COVID-19.Methods On February 5,2020,a 49-year-old female patient was admitted to People’s Hospital of Leshan,and she’s the second-generation sufferer of COVID-19 and infected by her son-in-law.She was tested positive after 15 days’ quarantine.Results The patient remained asymptomatic during the whole medical observation,but the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid test of pharyngeal swab was positive before she was discharged.And her clinical symptoms gradually appeared.Conclusion Centralized isolation and medical observation are necessary and should be recommended for COVID-19 close contacts.And to avoid missing asymptomatic cases and COVID-19 transmission,for the patients under quarantine,2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection is necessary before discharged.
