摘要
目的探讨前置胎盘孕妇合并肝功能异常对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取自2016年7月至2018年7月成都市第三人民医院收治的80例前置胎盘孕妇为研究对象。根据肝功能检查结果将其分为肝功能正常组(n=36)与肝功能异常组(n=44)。另选取同期入院正常妊娠孕妇80例为健康组。观察并比较3组妊娠情况及妊娠结局。结果肝功能异常组早产、妊高症、产后出血、胎膜早破发生率显著高于肝功能正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝功能正常组与肝功能异常组早产、胎儿窘迫、妊高症、产后出血及胎膜早破发生率均显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝功能正常组与肝功能异常组低体质量儿、新生儿窒息发生率均显著高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘孕妇合并肝功能异常将增加早产、胎儿窘迫、妊高症、胎膜早破等妊娠并发症的发生率,同时会增加低体质量儿及新生儿窒息的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of abnormal liver function on pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with placenta previa who were admitted from July 2016 to July 2018 were divided into the normal liver function group(n=36)and abnormal liver function group(n=44)according to the results of liver function test.In addition,eighty normal pregnant women who were admitted during the same period were divided into the healthy group.The pregnancy status and pregnancy outcome of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of premature delivery,pregnancy-induced hypertension,postpartum hemorrhage,and premature rupture of membranes in the abnormal liver function group was significantly higher than that of the normal liver function group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature delivery,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage,and premature rupture of membranes was significantly higher in the normal and abnormal liver groups than in the healthy group(P<0.05).The incidence of low weight infants and neonatal asphyxia in the normal and abnormal liver groups were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal liver function in pregnant women with placenta previa will increase the risk of preterm birth,fetal distress,pregnacy,premature rupture of membranes and other pregnancy complications,and will increase the risk of low birth weight and neonatal asphyxia.
