净水机振动噪音传递路径分析与改善 被引量:2

摘要 净水机的主要噪音源是增压泵,增压泵噪音通过空气和结构传播出去。由于空气传播阻断需要较高的成本,因此,结构声传播分析成为降低整机噪音的有效手段。净水机中的增压泵通过螺钉与其中框相连,减振脚垫位于中框与增压泵之间起到隔振的作用,所以影响增压泵结构声传播的主要结构是减振脚垫和中框。实验结果表明,通过合理的减振脚垫结构设计和硬度选择能够有效提高隔振率,减小整机的振动噪音。此外,在中框上粘贴阻尼材料,能够有效降低中框的振动幅值,也对结构噪音传播起到一定的阻断作用。 The main noise source of the water purifier is due to the pump,and the pump noise is transmitted through the air and structure.Because blocking air Transmission requires a high cost,the analysis of structural sound transmission has become the main means to effectively reduce the noise of water purifier.The pump in the water purifier is connected with the frame of the water purifier through screws,and the rubber pad is located between the frame and the pump.Therefore,the main structures that affect the structural sound transmission of the pump are the rubber pad and the frame.The experimental results show that the vibration isolation rate can be effectively improved by reasonable structural design and hardness selection of rubber pads and the noise of the whole machine can be reduced.In addition,pasting damping materials on the frame can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the frame and also block the transmission of structural noise.
