摘要
自动铆接技术作为飞机装配的基本技术之一,在航空制造业中得到了广泛的应用。为了提高铆接质量和效率,文中进行了座舱罩自动铆接力学分析。通过对铆接末端执行器的分析,得到有关的应力、变形、疲劳寿命,并对薄弱部分进行优化设计。经过优化过后,安全系数变为1.1608,满足安全要求,疲劳寿命大大提高。使用有限元分析软件对整个铆接过程进行了模拟,研究铆钉在整个铆接过程中的受力和变形,对实际生产有指导意义。
As one of the basic technologies of aircraft assembly,automatic riveting technology is widely used in the aviation manufacturing industry.In order to improve the riveting quality and efficiency,the mechanical properties of automatic riveting of cockpit cover were analyzed Through the analysis of the riveted end-effector,the relevant stress,deformation and fatigue life were obtained,and the weak parts were optimized.After the optimization,the safety factor becomes 1.1608,which meets the safety requirements and the fatigue life is greatly improved.The whole riveting process was simulated using the finite element analysis software to study the stress and deformation of the rivet in the whole riveting process.
