摘要
产品设计既需要满足客户、环境、社会等多重需求,又需要打破已有的专利壁垒。现有设计流程通常先进行创新设计,再进行专利规避,难以快速有效地优化设计方案。因此,提出了一套基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)和专利分析的产品方案创新设计流程,流程中使用了矛盾分析和功能导向搜索等工具。通过将TRIZ理论与专利分析相结合,引入了IPC聚类分析和专利引证分析,从而实现专利规避设计。该流程实现了创新设计与专利规避设计的并行处理。通过防疫客车消毒喷淋系统的实证研究,验证了该设计流程的有效性和优越性。
Product design not only needs to meet the multiple requirements of customers,the environment,and society,but also needs to break the existing patent barriers.The existing design process in which innovation design takes procedure over patent design around,is difficult to quickly and effectively optimize the design scheme.Therefore,this paper proposed a set of product scheme innovation design process based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ)and patent analysis,which utilizes tools such as contradiction analysis and function-oriented search.By combining TRIZ with patent analysis,IPC cluster analysis and patent citation analysis are introduced to realize patent design around.This process realizes the parallel processing of innovation design and patent design around.The empirical study of the disinfection spray system for epidemic prevention buses has verified the effectiveness and superiority of the innovation design process.
