卡车不同行驶状况下制动避撞动态特性研究

Dynamic characteristics of vehicle braking and collision avoidance on different conditions

摘要 卡车行驶中避撞制动技术是减少及避免事故的关键。选取皮卡车制动相关技术参数,应用计算机软件构建仿真模型,计算、分析模拟了不同状态下多种因素对皮卡车制动避撞的影响。结果表明,初速度对制动距离的影响最大,路面附着系数、制动力矩、前后轮制动力分配比例的影响次之,加压时间相对前面几个因素影响较小,整车质量对制动距离的影响相对更小;而车辆直线制动时,前后轮制动力分配比例对车辆稳定性影响较大,整车质量的影响次之,其余因素对车辆稳定性的影响都很小。 Braking technology is a key to avoid vehicle accident of collision.Based on Simulation software,the vehicle parameterized model was set up.The effects of different factors were investigated on the vehicle’s braking characteristics by numerical simulation.The results showed that,the initial speed had the greatest effect on the braking distance,road adhesion coefficient,braking torque and the proportion of braking force distribution between front and rear wheels had the poor effect on braking distance,and pressurization time had less effect on the above factors.When the vehicle is linear braking,the braking force distribution ratio of front and rear wheels had a great influence on the vehicle stability,followed by the vehicle mass,and the other factors.
