摘要
在无损检测技术中,机械检测装置的结构设计是一道非常重要的工序。在扫描的过程中,需要控制系统控制检测装置各轴之间进行平移、旋转和升降运动,使得被检测物体的各个方向、各个面都可以被检测到,机械检测装置的设计对检测机械手末端执行器的运动平稳性及操作的精度具有至关重要的作用,机械检测装置结构设计的准确性与正确性决定无损检测技术的操作安全。7自由度机械检测结构实现对检测圆筒全面的检测,通过运动学分析及ADAMS仿真分析验证了运动学模型的正确性和操作的安全性。
The structural design of the mechanical testing device is a very important process in the nondestructive testing system.During the scanning process,the control system is required to control the movement of translation,rotation and lifting between the axes of the detection device,so that the direction and surface of the detected object can be detected.The design of the mechanical testing device plays an important role in detecting the motion stability of the manipulator end actuator and the precision of the operation.The accuracy and correctness of the structural design of the mechanical testing device determine the operation safety of the nondestructive testing technology.The seven-degree-of-freedom mechanical inspection structure realizes the all-round detection of the inspection cylinder,and through the kinematics analysis and the correctness of kinematics model and the security of operation are verified by ADAMS simulation analysis.
