摘要
就业稳定性是衡量就业质量的重要指标,就业稳定性不仅受到个体特征的影响,还受到心理因素的影响。影响新生代农民工就业稳定性的因素更具有多样性,个体特征、社会角色和职业价值观对新生代农民工的就业稳定性具有影响,其中社会角色和职业价值观的影响更为显著,而个体特征对老一代农民工影响更为显著。
Employment stability is an important indicator to measure the quality of employment.Employment stability is not only affected by individual characteristics, but also by psychological factors. In order to study the factors that affect the employment stability of migrant workers and the difference in their effects on the employment stability of the two generations of migrant workers, a binary logistic regression model was established to conduct empirical research based on the survey data of migrant workers in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The results show that: the factors affecting the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers are more diverse, individual characteristics, social roles and professional values have an impact on the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers, among which the social roles and professional values have a more significant impact, while individual characteristics have a more significant impact on the old generation of migrant workers.
