摘要
随着电子信息技术的迅速发展,电磁场对人类健康的影响日渐受到关注。研究表明,脑是电磁辐射损伤的重要敏感靶器官,电磁辐射可引起神经行为改变及神经传递异常,关于电磁辐射对脑内胆碱能神经传递的影响及其机制尚未明确。该文分别从电磁辐射对神经行为、乙酰胆碱(ACh)合成与代谢、ACh受体表达及其活性的影响3个方面进行综述。旨在为进一步研究胆碱能神经传递在电磁辐射致神经行为改变中的作用,从而阐明电磁辐射神经生物学效应机制提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the influence of the electromagnetic field on human health is becoming a concern.Many studies have showed that the brain is an important sensitive target organ of electromagnetic radiation injury.Electromagnetic radiation can cause changes to neural behavior and abnormal neurotransmission.The effect of electromagnetic radiation on cholinergic neurotransmission in the brain and its mechanism have not been clarified.In this paper,the effects of electromagnetic radiation on neural behavior,synthesis and metabolism of acetylcholine(ACh),expression and activity of ACh receptors are reviewed in order to provide reference for further study of the role of cholinergic neurotransmission in the changes of neural behavior induced by electromagnetic radiation,and contribute to elucidating the mechanism of neurobiological effects of electromagnetic radiation.
