摘要
丙二醇二硝酸酯(简称PGDN)是混酯燃料的能源剂。Clark等)于1969年首先报导了PGDN在体内外的代谢转化,指出其主要代谢产物是2一丙二醇-硝酸酯(简称2-PGMN)和少量的Ⅰ-丙二醇一硝酸酯(简称1-PGMN),此过程主要在RBC内进行的。本工作试图用体外试验的方法进一步观察PGDN的代谢部位及其规律。
The metabolism of PGDN in vitro in the blood,erythrocyte suspension and plasma of rat and human,and in the homogenates of liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart,brain,small intestine and muscle of rat has been observed.It is confirmed that the major metabolite of PGDN in vitro is 2-propylene glycol mononitrate.A small quantities of 1-propylene glycol mononitrate were found in the blood and the homogenate of liver of rat also.The capacity of metabolism elemination of liver is the largest,then the second is erythrocyte.The kinetics processes of PGDN biotransformation to 2-PGMN in blood and erythrocyte suspension of rat and human,and the homogenate of liver of rat in vitro have been studied.The formulas pressenting the kinetics processes have been found.
