摘要
目的了解童年期不良经历对大学生非自杀性自伤(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)行为的影响,为防控大学生NSSI行为提供参考。方法2020年10—12月,采用整群抽样方法,选取苏州某高职院校在校大学生6366名,通过童年期不良经历国际问卷与非自杀性自我伤害问卷,调查童年期不良经历及NSSI发生情况,分析不同类型的童年期不良经历与NSSI行为间的关联性。结果受访在校大学生NSSI行为检出率为19.0%,男性、大一、家庭经济状况较差、亲密伙伴个数≤2的大学生NSSI检出率较高(χ^(2)值为28.62~100.78,P值均<0.01)。童年期不良经历检出率为76.8%,其中情感忽视检出率高达75.1%,其他依次为躯体忽视(15.7%)、躯体虐待(15.1%)、情感虐待(14.8%)、性虐待(4.8%)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,有童年不良经历者是大学生发生NSSI行为的危险因素(OR=5.15,95%CI:4.04~6.56),且不同类型童年期不良经历均是发生NSSI行为的危险因素(OR值3.04~5.50,P值均<0.01)。结论应重视童年期不良经历的影响,及时干预,减少NSSI行为的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of adverse childhood experiences on non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behaviors among college students,so as to provide insights into management of NSSI behaviors among college students.Methods A total of 6366 college students were sampled using a cluster sampling method from a higher vocational college in Suzhou City from Oct to Dec in 2020.The adverse childhood experiences and incidence of NSSI were investigated using Adverse Childhood Experiences International Questionnaire and the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Assessment Tool,and association between adverse childhood experiences and NSSI behaviors was examined.Results The detection of NSSI behaviors was 19.0%among the study college students,and a high detection rate of NSSI was found among males,freshmen,college students with poor family economic status and with two and less close friends(χ^(2)values were 28.62-100.78,all P values<0.01).The detection of adverse childhood experiences was 76.8%among the study college students,with the highest prevalence of emotional neglect(75.1%),followed physical neglect(15.7%),physical abuse(15.1%),emotional abuse(14.8%)and sexual abuse(4.8%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that adverse childhood experiences were a risk factor for NSSI behaviors among college students[odds ratio(OR)=5.15,95%confidential interval(CI):(4.04,6.56)],and different types of adverse childhood experiences were all risk factors of NSSI behaviors among college students(OR values were 3.04-5.50,all P values<0.01).Conclusions The impact of adverse childhood experiences should be paid much attention to,and timely interventions are required to reduce the development of NSSI behaviors.
