摘要
某工业建筑需要全年24 h对多台工艺设备进行冷却,冷却水进、出水水温为26℃/35℃。拟采用循环冷却水系统通过板式换热器对工艺设备进行冷却,冷源采取双工况,当环境湿球温度低于20℃时,采用冷却塔出水为冷源,当环境湿球温度高于20℃时,采用冷水机组提供的冷冻水为冷源,冷却塔为冷水机组散热。文章给出系统设计方案及设备选型思路,并介绍运行控制原理,重点讨论系统调试和运行过程中遇见的一些问题以及相应对策。
A certain industrial building needs to cool multiple process equipment 24 hours a year,with a cooling water inlet and outlet temperature of 26℃/35℃.It is proposed to use the circulating cooling water system to cool the process equipment through the plate heat exchanger.The cold source adopts dual working conditions.When the ambient Wet-bulb temperature is lower than 20℃,the cooling tower water is used as the cold source.When the ambient Wet-bulb temperature is higher than 20℃,the chilled water provided by the chiller is used as the cold source,and the cooling tower is used to dissipate heat for the chiller.This article provide a system design plan and equipment selection ideas,and introduce the operating control principles,focusing on discussing some problems encountered during system debugging and operation,as well as corresponding countermeasures.
