摘要
江苏LNG储罐,位于盐城黄海海滨。废黄河及古淮河冲填土地质构造,沉积层厚达230 m以上,属中等软土。土质主要为回填土、粉土、粉质粘土、粉砂。特大型储罐荷载大,冲填土层如何满足抗压、抗拔、抗水平位移的技术规范要求,极具挑战性。桩基施工过程中,相互干扰,有孔壁坍塌、缩颈、泥皮、沉渣难清等可能。尤其考虑到对水平位移的敏感,设计上不宜选用高架承台结构,而应该从多种桩基类型方案里挑选优化。文章对于软土地基条件下,大型储罐基础工程的设计选型,进行了总结分析。对软土地基条件下大体积储存设施的设计和施工,具有针对性的借鉴作用。
JSLNG tanks project,located at shore of Yellow sea.complicated alluvium geological stratum which formed by ancient Yellow river&Huai river,230 m plus thick from bedrock,belong to original middle-class soft soil(include filling soil、silty soil、silty clayey soil、sandy soil).Large quantity loading、strict technical criteria(vertical settlement、vertical pull-out force、horizontal displacement),all are challenges.Need to overcome difficulties such as big vibration around hole、collapse of bored hole wall、clean-out hard、etc,while constructing.Especially,considering horizontal displacement sensitiveness,to adopt non-high-structure bearing slab of tanks from many piling types,optimization is necessary.This article summarize and analyze engineering type-selection of foundation、construction risks and technical management based on middle-class soft soil stratums,performed"point to point"function of references.
