摘要
为提高合成部队装备维修保障指挥能力,针对近年合成部队装备维修保障实战化训练暴露的实际问题,从通信网络、应用、数据等层面分析无法及时准确获取装备维修保障对象技术状态等指挥通联问题,从技术和手段层面找准问题原因,提出提升装备维修保障指挥通联质效的对策,以支撑合成部队实战化装备维修保障体系能力生成,满足联合全域精确装备保障的指挥通联需求。
In order to improve the equipment maintenance support command ability of synthetic force,in view of the actual problems exposed in the combat-oriented training of equipment maintenance support in recent years,this paper firstly analyzes the problems of command and communication such as the inability to obtain the technical status of equipment maintenance support objects timely and accurately from the aspects of communication network,application and data.Then,it identifies the causes of the problems from the technical and means level.Finally,it proposes some countermeasures to improve the quality and efficiency of equipment maintenance support command and communication,which can support the capability generation of combat-oriented equipment maintenance support system of the synthetic force and meet the command and communication requirements of joint all-area precision equipment support.
