摘要
为促进部队新装备保障能力建设,进一步丰富装备保障能力评价理论,在系统分析新装备保障能力生成影响因素的基础上,建立新装备保障能力评价指标体系,综合运用主客观赋权法和模糊综合评价理论,提出一种基于熵权修正AHP赋权的新装备保障能力模糊综合评价模型。通过实例验证,该模型科学有效。
In order to improve the construction of new equipment support capability and further enrich the evaluation theory of equipment support capability,this paper firstly analyzes the influencing factors of the generation of new equipment support capability.Then,it establishes the evaluation index system of new equipment support capability.Finally,it proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of new equipment support capability based on entropy weight modified AHP by using subjective and objective weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.The example shows that the model is scientific and effective.
