摘要
为提升我国应对重大突发疫情航空应急投送能力,在总结当前军地应对新冠肺炎重大疫情航空应急投送主要特点的基础上,从军地航空运力一体化建设、新型无人机运输投送力量发展、军地运输机适应性加改装、民用机场体系化保障、快速反应与联动机制的完善、疫情条件下航空应急投送模式的探索等方面,提出相应对策与建议。
In order to improve China’s aviation emergency delivery capacity in response to major outburst epidemic situation, this paper firstly summarizes the main features of current aviation emergency delivery in response to COVID-19. Then, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from following aspects: integrating the construction of air force and army transport capacity, developing the transport and delivery power of new UAV, adapting and refitting the military and land transporter, supporting the civil airport system, improving the quick reaction and linkage mechanism, and exploring the aviation emergency delivery mode under the condition of epidemic situation.
