摘要
通过常压氩气介质阻挡放电等离子体处理对间位芳纶织物拒水改性进行探讨。结果表明,经等离子处理后的芳纶纤维化学组成没有明显变化,纤维表面粗糙程度增加。先进行等离子体处理后拒水整理的织物,拒水性能随处理时间增加而增强,在120s时最为显著,接触角增大,拒水等级达到4级;对于先进行拒水整理后进行等离子体处理的间位芳纶织物,其拒水性能随处理时间增加而降低,在120s时,接触角变小,拒水等级为2级。
In this paper,the water-repellent modification of meta-aramid fabric was studied by atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge.The results showed that after treatment,the fiber chemical composition did not change significantly,and the fiber surface roughness increased.For fabrics that have been plasma-treated and then water-repellent finished,the water-repellent performance increases with the treatment time,which is most significant at 120s,the contact angle increases,and the water-repellent rating reaches 4;for the water-repellent and plasma treatment The water-repellent performance of meta-aramid fabric decreases with the increase of treatment time.At 120s,the contact angle becomes smaller,and the water-repellent grade is 2 grades.
