基于信号质量评估的日常血氧检测研究

摘要 针对日常血氧检测易受噪声干扰的影响,导致信号质量下降造成血氧监测设备误报警的问题,提出了一种基于信号质量评估的日常血氧检测方法。首先,为保证日常信号采集的有效性和稳定性,选择受运动和血流灌注影响小的耳后部位研制血氧采集装置。其次,在分析日常干扰特点的基础上,提出基于多特征融合和支持向量机的信号质量评估方法,实现“好、中、差”三个质量等级的分类。最后,剔除质量“差”的信号,基于广义组合形态学滤波抑制质量“中”信号的运动伪迹,进而获取血氧值。研究结果表明,该方法可以实现日常行为状态下血氧准确有效的检测。 Aiming at the problem that the daily blood oxygen detection is susceptible to noise interference,which causes the signal quality to degrade and causes the false alarm of blood oxygen monitoring equipment,a daily blood oxygen detection method based on signal quality evaluation is proposed.Firstly,in order to ensure the effectiveness and stability of daily signal acquisition,a blood oxygen acquisition device is developed for the part behind the ear that is less affected by exercise and blood perfusion.Second⁃ly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of daily interference,a signal quality evaluation method based on multi-feature fu⁃sion and support vector machine is proposed to realize the classification of three quality levels of"good,medium and poor".Finally,the"bad"quality signals are eliminated,and the motion artifacts of the"medium"quality signals are suppressed based on the gener⁃alized combined morphological filtering,and the blood oxygen value is obtained.The research results show that this method can achieve accurate and effective detection of blood oxygen in daily behavioral states.
