摘要
为了更有效控制和合理确定地铁工程的投资,通过价值工程理论,运用2∶8定律,以武汉开通运营的339 km地铁线路的造价数据为基础,对其进行细致分析与研究,总结分析出占地铁工程总投资80%以上的关键工程,包括车站、区间、供电、车辆基地和智能化等。进一步量化分析影响上述重大工程投资的关键因素,指出影响武汉地铁工程投资的单项工程和12个关键因素,分别为围护结构形式、地质条件、埋深、含钢量、盾构直径、围岩等级、110 kV进线电缆长度、动力照明、车辆基地规模、物业上盖开发、环境影响评价、全自动驾驶等。
In order to effectively control and rationally determine the construction cost of metro projects,detail analysis and study are carried out on construction cost data of operation 339 km metro line in Wuhan by means of value engineering theory and Pareto′s principle.The key projects accounting for 80%of the total metro project investment are summarized,which include stations,sections,power supply,vehicle base and intelligentization.Furthermore,the key factors affecting the project investment are quantitatively analyzed,and 12 key factors,i.e.retaining structure mode,geological conditions,burial depth,steel content,shield diameter,surrounding rock grade,110 kV incoming cable length,power and lighting,vehicle base scale,property development,environmental assessment and automatic train operation system,affecting Wuhan Metro project are put forward.
