摘要
球墨铸铁作为风电用零部件主要制造材料,由于其常处于低温环境中工作且所构部件大多存在应力集中,因此探究低温和缺口对球墨铸铁疲劳性能的影响十分必要。本文采用旋转弯曲疲劳试验机,测试了EN-GJS-700-2球墨铸铁光滑试样、标准缺口试样在室温和低温高周疲劳性能、绘制疲劳S-N曲线并对缺口件疲劳寿命进行了预测。结果表明,缺口使球墨铸铁疲劳性能下降,低温下该球墨铸铁疲劳性能优于室温;疲劳裂纹均起源于表面或石墨球与基体界面处,扩展区为与珠光体有关的形貌。
Ductile iron is the main material for wind power components. Because it often works in low temperature environment and most of its components have stress concentration, it is necessary to explore the effect of low temperature and notch on fatigue properties of ductile iron. In this study, the high cycle fatigue properties of smooth and notched EN-GJS-700-2 specimens at room temperature and at low temperature were tested by using low temperature rotating bending fatigue machine, the fatigue stress-life curves were obtained and the fatigue life were predicated. The results show that the high cycle fatigue property at low temperature is better than that of at room temperature, and the high cycle fatigue properties of smooth specimens is better than notched specimens. The fatigue cracks initiate on the interface between graphite spheres and matrix. The propagation region is the morphology related to pearlite.
