摘要
60Si2Mn弹簧钢实际生产使用过程一般需要经过淬火+中温回火处理,实验表明60Si2Mn弹簧钢室温组织在700℃以下加热时不发生脱碳,750℃到900℃加热时会形成柱状生长的铁素体全脱碳,950℃以上温度加热时不再形成柱状铁素体,形成等轴状铁素体脱碳层;60Si2Mn弹簧钢淬火组织加热保温时,700℃以下加热保温时不发生脱碳,700℃加热保温时开始发生轻微脱碳行为,750℃加热保温时形成柱状生长的全铁素体脱碳层。
spring steel 60Si2Mn was usually supplied in quenching & medium tempered condition. It’s indicated that decarbonization of spring steel 60Si2Mn didn’t happen while heated below 700 ℃. When heated from 750℃ to 900 ℃, total decarbonization would be formed with columnar ferrite. When heated above 950℃, columnar ferrite would be formed, The equiaxed ferrite decarburization layer would be formed;Decarburization does not occur when the spring steel 60Si2Mn with quenched condition was heated below 700 ℃, while at 700 ℃, slightly decarburization would be occured. Total decarbonization layer would be formed at 750℃ by columnar growth.
