摘要
针对化工厂区使用的不锈钢螺栓早期失效问题,采用宏观检验、金相检验、化学成分分析和扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪等方法进行分析。结果表明:由于螺栓化学成分不符合标准要求,螺栓固溶热处理效果欠佳,导致碳化物沿晶界析出,在腐蚀性S、Cl元素作用下,形成了晶间腐蚀裂纹。
Early failure problem of stainless steel bolts used in chemical industry were analyzed by macroscopic inspection, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis and scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer method. The results show that as the chemical composition of bolts does not meet the standard requirements, the effect of solid solution heat treatment of bolts is not good, leading to carbide precipitation along grain boundaries, and intergranular corrosion cracks are formed under the action of corrosive elements S and Cl.
