轨道车辆用橡胶球关节的失效分析

Failure analysis on rubber universal spherical joints for rail vehicles

摘要 某车辆公司齿轮箱悬挂系统中的橡胶球关节发生了异常开裂,为找到失效的根本原因,本文采用了一系列的表征方法对橡胶球关节中橡胶的物理性质、化学性质、力学性质及宏微观形貌进行了分析,结果表明橡胶内部填充物颗粒过大和偏聚是导致失效的根本原因,并针对这些失效原因提出了防止类似失效再次发生的解决方案。 The rubber universal spherical joints in the gearbox suspension system of a vehicle company were cracked abnormally. In order to find out the root cause of the failure, a series of characterizations were used to analyze the physical, chemical, mechanical properties and macro/micro morphology of the rubber in rubber universal spherical joints. The results showed that oversize and segregation of the rubber internal filler particles was the root cause of the failure. According to the failure causes, countermeasures were proposed to prevent the occurrence of similar failure again.
