摘要
某高速铁路钢轨在上道使用1年后,在钢轨踏面部位出现局部掉块伤损。对钢轨的伤损特征、伤损宏观形貌、金相组织、显微硬度进行了检验,并对钢轨进行化学成分和力学性能检测。结果表明,伤损钢轨属于钢轨踏面车轮擦伤掉块伤损,其产生原因是轮轨接触面发生相对摩擦产生高温并发生相变,导致轨头局部表层金属形成白层马氏体组织,白层马氏体组织在轮轨接触应力和摩擦力的反复作用下发展为碎裂掉块。
The partial shelling damages occurred on rail tread of high speed railway after 1 years. The damage feature, macroscopic morphology, metallographic structure and microhardness of the damaged rail were tested. The chemical composition and the mechanical properties of the rail were inspected. The results showed that the damage type belonged to burn and shelling damage on rail tread by wheels. The reason was that the relative friction on wheel-rail contact surface which produced high temperature and phase transformation. The white layer of martensite was formed on the partial rail tread, which developed into the shelling under the cyclic action of wheel-rail contact stress and friction.
