摘要
基层国土所在开展自然资源外业巡查过程中,对于无法到达区域难以进行巡查。近年来,无人机在自然资源领域应用越来越广泛,无人机优点是机动、灵活,一次性能够覆盖较大的面积,且影像分辨率高。基层国土所现有执法巡查系统当前不支持与无人机设备衔接,对于难以到达区域,无法支持采用无人机设备进行巡查,研发一套能将无人机与基层自然资源巡查相衔接系统能够极大方便国土所工作人员。在实际生产实践过程中,研发一套软硬件设备实现无人机与基层国土所巡查系统的无缝对接,通过在部分国土所长期测试应用,取得较好效果,有效解决了无人机和自然资源巡查系统衔接问题,提高了国土所巡查效率。
In the process of conducting inspections of natural resources outside the grassroots land resources, it is difficult to conduct inspections for those places hard-to reach. In recent years, UAV has become more and more widely used in the field of natural resources. The advantages of UAV are mobility, flexibility, large area coverage at one time, and high image resolution. The current law enforcement inspection system of the grassroots land office does not currently support the connection with drone equipment. For areas that are difficult to reach, it cannot support the use of drone equipment for inspections.The development of a system that can link UAV with natural resources inspections can facilitate the staff of the national land institute. In the actual production and practice process, a set of software and hardware equipment was developed to realize the seamless connection between the UAV and the inspection system of the grass-roots land and the connection problem of the resource inspection system has improved the inspection efficiency of the National Land Agency.
