摘要
湿地是地球上水陆相互作用形成的独特生态系统,它是湿地植物、栖息于湿地的动物、微生物及其环境组成的统一整体,具有很高的生物多样性,是珍贵的自然资源,具有不可替代的综合功能。近年来,我国高度重视生态环境保护工作,建立了日趋完善的湿地保护管理体系,在多地建成了国家湿地公园。聚焦地理信息与湿地管理工作的结合,通过发挥遥感和地理信息系统、地理信息可视化技术在自然资源调查、管理与应用方面的优势,整合湿地环境、生物多样性监测与调查数据,以建立基于GIS的湿地保护管理信息系统为例,分析湿地保护的信息化管理需求,详细介绍了系统的总体设计、数据组织、系统功能设计等内容,为开发湿地等自然资源的管理与保护信息系统提供了有力的技术支撑和参考。
Wetland is a unique ecosystem formed by the interaction of water and land environment on the earth.It is a unified whole system composed of wetland plants,animals,microorganisms and their environment.Wetland is precious natural resource with high biodiversity and irreplaceable comprehensive functions.In recent years,China has attached great importance to the work of ecological environment protection,established an increasingly improved wetland protection management plan system,and built national wetland parks in many places.This paper focuses on the combination of geographic information and wetland management by giving full play to the advantages of remote sensing,geographic information system and geographic information visualization technology in natural resource protection integrated with the monitoring and investigation data.Taking the establishment of geographic information based wetland protection management information system as an example,this paper analyzes the management demands,and introduces the overall design,data organization,function design of the system in detail,which provide a strong technical support and reference for the development of wetland management and protection information system and for other natural resources.
