摘要
目的研究全身振动训练对未成年大鼠的生长发育和肠道菌群组成的影响。方法选用同一窝的健康雄性2周龄SD大鼠12只,每窝幼鼠随机分成未训练组和振动训练组两组。振动训练过程结束后,取两组SD大鼠心脏血分离,取血清,肝,脾和肾并称重,采取盲肠末端肠内容物2g。ELISA法检测血清和肝脏中IGF-1的水平,采用宏基因组测序检测肠道菌群多样性的变化。结果与未训练组(Con)比较,振动训练组(WBV)大鼠体重和体长显著升高(P<0.01),肝脏和脾脏的质量显著增加(P<0.05),而肾脏无显著性差异;同时,振动训练组(WBV)的肝脏和血清中的IGF-I水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与未训练组相比,振动训练后乳杆菌属菌数比例增多20.5%,而Romboutsia属减少了32.4%,其他菌属的比例变化不大,在0~3%之间。结论振动运动训练能增加大鼠的体重和体长,促进内脏器官发育提前,与血清和肝脏中的IGF-1的水平的提高以及肠道菌群多样性的增加和改变菌群构成有关。
Objective To study the effects of whole body vibration training on the growth and development of intestinal flora and the composition of intestinal flora.Methods Twelve healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats of the same parents were randomly divided into untrained group(Con)and vibration training group(WBV).After the vibration training,the blood samples of the two groups of SD rats were separated,serum,liver,spleen and kidney were taken and weighed,and 2 g intestinal contents were taken at the end of the cecum.The levels of IGF-1 in serum and liver were detected by ELISA,and gut microbiota diversity were detected by metagenomic sequencing.Results Compared with the untrained group(Con),the weight and body length of the rats in the vibration training group(WBV)were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the weight of the liver and spleen were significantly increased(P<0.05)and that of the kidneys were not significant.Otherwise,the IGF-I levels in the liver and serum of the vibration training group(WBV)were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the untrained group,the proportion of Lactobacillus bacteria increased by 20.5%after vibration training,while the Romboutsia genus decreased by 32.4%,and the proportion of other genus bacteria did not change much,between 0and 3%.Conclusion Vibration exercise training can increase the body weight and body length of Juvenile rats,and promote the development of internal organs,which was relative to that the level of IGF-1 in serum and liver increased by vibratory exercise training as well as WBV induced intestinal flora diversity and alterd the composition of the flora.
