新工科背景下创新创业教育分类实施方法浅析

摘要 新工科是基于国家战略发展新需求、立德树人新要求而提出的工程教育改革方向,是对国家重大战略的积极响应,其人才培养目标是培养面向未来新技术创新需求的人才。在我国根植于专业教育基础上的创新创业教育,需要寻求正确的指导原则与方法来解决创新创业教育各过程要素可能面临的新问题和挑战。本文基于"分类施教"的指导思想下,分析了教学模式、实践教学、师资队伍及校园文化等教学过程要素出现的问题,并进行了问题解决方案的教学实践。 New engineering is the direction of engineering education reform based on the new needs of national strategic development and the new requirements of moral education.It is a positive response to the national major strategy,and its talent training goal is to cultivate talents facing the needs of new technology innovation in the future.In China,the innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is based on professional education,needs to find the correct guiding principles and methods to solve the new problems and challenges that the various process elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education may face.Based on the guiding ideology of"Classified Teaching",this paper analyzes the problems of teaching mode,practical teaching,teaching staff and campus culture and other teaching process elements,and carries out the teaching practice of problem-solving solutions.
