摘要
高校教师自主教学发展是影响教学成效和人才培养质量的关键,目前面临教师职业精神淡化、学校评价机制失衡、基层教学组织教研职能弱化、教师教学发展需求得不到满足等突出问题。针对这些问题,文章从价值观念引导、政策制度牵引、组织环境营造以及发展平台搭建多个维度,全方位设计工作策略,唤醒教师自主发展的意识,激发教师投入教学、改进教学的热情,推动教师在教学上实现自我提高和快速发展。
The independent teaching development of university teachers is the key to affect the teaching effect and the quality of personnel training.At present,it is faced with such outstanding problems as the weakening of teachers’professional spirit,the imbalance of school evaluation mechanism,the weakening of teaching and research functions of grass-roots teaching organizations,and the dissatisfaction of teachers’teaching development needs.In view of these problems,this paper designs all-round working strategies from the aspects of value guidance,policy and system traction,organizational environment construction and development platform construction,wakes up teachers’awareness of independent development,stimulates teachers’enthusiasm to invest in teaching and improve teaching,and promotes teachers to achieve self-improvement and rapid development in teaching.
