摘要
拔尖创新人才培养是一个现实且紧迫的问题,博士后制度是全球范围内培养、吸引创新型青年人才的重要制度,本文旨在以优化博士后培养为出发点和落脚点,进行拔尖创新人才培养的实践思考。首先阐明博士后制度在拔尖创新人才培养中的关键性贡献,其次比较国际上的发展情况和经验做法,剖析我国博士后人才培养所面临的问题,最后提出开发个体价值以释放博士后潜力、构建合作共享空间以打破学术交流壁垒、优化科研经费资助渠道和力度以驱动创新、建立灵活聘任机制提升博士后合作意愿、构筑科研效能激励机制助推创新成果产出等优化建议。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is a realistic and urgent problem,and the postdoctoral system is an important system for cultivating and attracting innovative young talents in the world.This paper aims to carry out practical thinking on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents with the starting point and goal of optimizing postdoctoral training.Firstly,it clarifies the key contribution of postdoctoral system in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Secondly,it compares the development situation and experience in the world,and analyzes the problems faced by postdoctoral talents cultivation in China.Finally,it puts forward some optimization suggestions such as developing individual value to release postdoctoral potential,building cooperation and sharing space to break academic exchange barriers,optimizing scientific research funding channels and efforts to drive innovation,establishing flexible appointment mechanism to improve postdoctoral cooperation willingness,and building scientific research efficiency incentive mechanism to promote innovative achievements.
