混合式教学模式中教师数字技能短板的影响因素及改进路径

摘要 在教育数字化转型的时代浪潮下,混合式教学模式具备的学生需求对接精准、课堂参与广泛高效和考核评价反馈及时等优势将得到进一步发挥,但在实践运用过程中,由于教师数字技能短板的制约,也易于导致学生思维固化、课堂互动效果两极分化和形式大于内容等问题。要解决以上问题,需要从宏观政策引领、线上教育资源整合和课程建设资源投放几方面找到改进路径,并集中发力解决。
