摘要 为解决布尔台选煤厂重介分选系统介耗量高、产品质量不稳定的问题,布尔台选煤厂提出以重介分选过程的智能化为导向和目标,通过对重介系统加介环节、介质粉回收、净化流程进行优化、改造,实现吨煤介耗降低0.02 kg/t,品种煤合格率由98.27%提高至99.44%。 In order to solve the problems of high dielectric consumption and unstable product quality in the heavy dielectric sorting system of Buertai coal processing plant,the guidance and goal of intellectualization of dense medium separation process was put forward.Through optimizing and reforming the process of adding dielectric link,dielectric powder recovery and purification of the heavy dielectric system,the dielectric consumption of tons of coal is reduced by 0.02 kg/t and the qualified rate of variety coal is increased from 98.27%to 99.44%.
